At Recovery Now, our entire staff practices Evidence-Based Treatment and solution-focused therapy.

Our individualIzed treatment approach aims to provide support and practical feedback as we help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion and understanding, we help individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal and/or family concerns, as well as psychological issues.

We utilize an integration of DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches as we help our clients develop constructive skills and coping strategies, as well as discover an understanding and acceptance of what underlies their struggles with emotions, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and communication.

What matters most is the ability to be OK and comfortable with ourselves. This self-understanding and self-acceptance is often hard to find alone… thus we aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can guide and assist you as we travel along this path together.
